We are building our remote team and need an elite sales executive who can drive the entire sales process from prospecting to close. If you are a proven sales pro with a hunter mentality, looking to get in the ground floor of an exciting tech startup, read on.
What you’ll do
- Become an expert in Brokers Recruiter software platform and how it drives recruitment productivity and efficiencies for real estate brokers.
- Prospect for real estate brokers directly or via partners, through various methods – calling, networking, emailing etc. The role is inside sales over the phone
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to closed sales through multiple channels – make introductory calls, respond to inbound inquiries, assess business goals through qualifying and closing the deal. Works to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration
- Do product presentations through google meet or zoom
- Manage remotely your own opportunities, cultivate new leads and develop/maintain your pipeline
- Liaises with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship/retention, identifying new opportunities and maximizing sales
- Report on sales activity monthly
- Keep detailed notes on prospect and broker interactions through ARM
- Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods
- Work with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

Salary: $30,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
