Account Executive – Software Sales

Introduction

Brokers Recruiter offers an Agent Recruitment Management (ARM) platform to real estate brokers in the US and Canada. ARM provides brokers strategies and technologies that increase recruitment productivity and quality interactions with top prospecting real estate agents.

We are building our remote team and need an elite sales executive who can drive the entire sales process from prospecting to close. If you are a proven sales pro with a hunter mentality, looking to get in the ground floor of an exciting tech startup, read on.

What you’ll do

  • Become an expert in Brokers Recruiter software platform and how it drives recruitment productivity and efficiencies for real estate brokers.
  • Prospect for real estate brokers directly or via partners, through various methods – calling, networking, emailing etc. The role is inside sales over the phone
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to closed sales through multiple channels – make introductory calls, respond to inbound inquiries, assess business goals through qualifying and closing the deal. Works to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration
  • Do product presentations through google meet or zoom
  • Manage remotely your own opportunities, cultivate new leads and develop/maintain your pipeline
  • Liaises with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship/retention, identifying new opportunities and maximizing sales
  • Report on sales activity monthly
  • Keep detailed notes on prospect and broker interactions through ARM
  • Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods
  • Work with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

Sales Associate

Brokers Recruiter offers an Agent Recruitment Management (ARM) platform to real estate brokers in the US and Canada. ARM provides brokers strategies and technologies that increase recruitment productivity and quality interactions with top prospecting real estate agents.

We are building our remote team and need a sales associate who will call potential clients, lead the discovery process, and book demos for the Sales Team. This is a remote opportunity. If you’re looking to get in the ground floor of an exciting tech startup, read on.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Become an expert in Brokers Recruiter software platform and how it drives recruitment productivity and efficiencies for real estate brokers.
  • Being the first point of contact for new business prospects, primarily thru cold calling via the telephone.
  • Moving prospects through the top of the sales funnel, by setting appointments with the sales team. (The Salesperson will conduct a demo online via Zoom/GoToMeeting)
  • Checking in with prospects who missed their scheduled demo.
  • Rescheduling demos with clients who weren’t able to show at their previously scheduled time.
  • Identifying key decision makers within these prospects.
  • Updating Brokers Recruiter sales tools (ARM/CRM) with the up-to-date information
  • Coordinating with the Sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Uncover ways Brokers Recruiter might improve processes or products that add value to our clients.

We are building our remote team and need a Client Success Manager. If you’re looking to get in on the ground floor of an exciting tech startup, read on. Successful candidates must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Client Success Manager should engage with clients, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our client base.

As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Become an expert in the Brokers Recruiter ARM/CRM software platform and how it drives recruitment productivity and efficiencies for real estate brokers.
  • Being the point of contact for new clients, primarily through the telephone, Google Meet, or email.
  • Moving clients through the onboarding process, by following up with clients as they get the system implemented. (The Client Success Manager will conduct a launch demo online via Google Meet)
  • Checking in with clients who we need information or timely feedback from.
  • Scheduling time with clients who aren’t up to speed on the ARM/CRM or have questions.
  • Identifying key strategies to improve the onboarding process.
  • Develop and maintain project schedule and weekly status.
  • Maintaining ongoing client relationships and analyze client data to improve client experience
  • Implementing success processes and minimizing churn.
  • Evaluate and improve processes (i.e. launch demos, and other communication structures).
  • Uncover ways Brokers Recruiter can add value to our clients.
